How do I install the Chrome Extension?
Visit the Chrome Web Store and search for "LumiPoints — Etsy & Printify Profit Tracker". Click "Add to Chrome" to install. The extension works immediately on Etsy listing pages — no account required for basic features.
Is LumiPoints free to use?
Yes, the core features are free. You can use the SEO Score and Unit Economics calculator without an account. Sign up for a free LumiPoints account to save calculations, import listings, and connect your shop for advanced features.
Do I need to connect my Etsy or Printify shop?
No, but connecting your shop unlocks the most powerful features: auto-fill COGS from Printify, profit overlay on your own listings, multi-product matching, and shop analytics. Connection is optional and uses official OAuth.
How does Multi-Product Matching work?
Instead of creating 4 separate Etsy listings for sweatshirts, hoodies, tees, and long sleeves, LumiPoints lets you attach multiple Printify products to a single Etsy listing. We automatically map variants by color and size. See our homepage for a full walkthrough.
Can I delete my data?
Yes, at any time. Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete Account in the web app, or email [email protected]. We delete all your data within 30 days, including backups. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The extension isn't working on Etsy. What should I do?
First, try refreshing the Etsy page. If the issue persists: (1) check that the extension is enabled in
chrome://extensions, (2) make sure you're on a real Etsy listing URL (not search results), (3) try disabling other Etsy-related extensions that may conflict. Still stuck? Email us with your Chrome version and a screenshot.How accurate are the profit calculations?
Very accurate. We use Etsy's official fee structure (transaction 6.5%, payment 3% + $0.25, listing $0.20, regulatory operating fee, offsite ads 15% when applicable). For connected Printify shops, we use real production costs. For competitor listings, you enter COGS manually.
Does LumiPoints work on mobile?
The web app at app.lumipoints.com is fully mobile-responsive — you can create listings, attach Printify products, and publish from your phone. The Chrome Extension requires desktop Chrome (Chrome Web Store policy).
How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?
Email [email protected] with as much detail as possible. For bugs, please include: steps to reproduce, your Chrome version, the URL where the bug occurred, and a screenshot if possible. We read every message.
Is my data sold to third parties?
